The New Radio Control group is made up of members who see R.C. as a way to practice their building,sailing and racing skills.
We are based at C.A.R. where we have the use of excellent facilities and sail every Friday at11.30 am. We also hope to run a once a month workshop to assist those who are kitting out a boat and also to help with problem solving.
We will accept any type,size of R.C yachts, and hope soon to have 3 group boats for those who do not have their own boat.
Sailing finishes at about 1 o’clock when we retire for lunch to a local bar or take a picnic. If you would like to find out more then either come along to a SAMM meeting or contact me on the telephone number as above, beginners are very welcome, hope to see you soon. MORE INFO SOON.
